Green Organics’ compensation plan is a 3x6 matrix. Green Organics Marketing Executives earn retail profits by purchasing products at a discount and reselling them at a 30% - 50% profit margin. They also earn 30% when orders are placed on their website, and can qualify to earn fast start bonuses, customer referral bonuses, infinity bonus, and participate in revenue pools.
